This was taken at CTIO during one of our nights of observing. Bob had a nice camera and far more experience with night sky photography than the rest of us. He set up his camera, I set up the telescope to run without us for a moment, and then viola.

The telescope you see behind us is the Blanco 4m telescope that has the Dark Energy Camera on it. It was not the one we were using. We used the smaller 0.9m telescope that is out of frame to the left.
